La Posada San Antonio is the dream of three friends from San Antonio de Padua who, as children, imagined adventures in Patagonia. It took many years of travelling and exploring until that dream become real.
The building was completed in 2004, when El Chaltén was a very different place. The years brought new routes and services that substantially improved the quality of life in the area, but the adventurous spirit of the town remains intact to this day.
We take helping you planning trails, hikes, and excursions very seriously. And at your return from the mountain, we will be happy to recommend you the best choices of bars and restaurants according to your preferences, so that you end the day as you deserve.
